When buying on this website you can choose between the following types of shipping to receive your order:

Spain

Free Express Shipping via Correos within 24/48 business hours - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for peninsula). Free for orders over € 100 excluding taxes.

Orders placed before 18: 00h They will be served on the same day they are performed except for:
• Orders whose payment confirmation is after that time.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday. These orders will be shipped the next business day according to the availability of the items they contain.
• Orders that include articles whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be served according to the greater of the delivery times that appear in the order.

The client can also choose other transport companies if they prefer, with the corresponding cost.
For orders less than € 100 without taxes, the shipping cost is indicated in the cart and in the order process when updating the destination address, the customer being able to choose between different transport companies.

Picked up at the store You can pick up your orders at our physical stores located at Alameda Urquijo 35, 48010 Bilbao, and Independencia 13 in Vitoria-Gasteiz. Depending on the product, you can pick up your order the same day or within 24-48 hours after your payment has been successfully processed. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

European countries

The fastest shipping option is UPS, which takes 3 business days.

Other shipping ways - When adding the item to the cart and inserting the shipping address will be shown other transport companies. When updating the destination address you can choose between different international transport companies.

Countries outside the European Union

Other shipping ways - When adding the item to the cart and inserting the Shipping address will display different options from international shipping companies. with its respective cost. We ship to the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom among other countries.

Orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT, which is deducted in the cart or order process by indicating the destination address in a country outside the EU. The customer must pay, upon receipt of the order, the corresponding taxes and expenses according to the current import tax regulations of their country (including customs expenses such as duties or taxes).

In the case of the United Kingdom, only orders with a value exceeding €150 (£135) will be fulfilled. This exception does not apply to Northern Ireland; furthermore, shipments to Northern Ireland are still considered intra-EU shipments and will not be subject to customs clearance.

Any other expense derived from the application of territorial taxes will be paid exclusively by the client.

Balearic Islands

Express shipping in 24/48 working hours - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for the peninsula). Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be served on the same day they are placed except for:
• Orders whose payment confirmation is after that time.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday. These orders will be shipped the next business day according to the availability of the items they contain.
• Orders that include articles whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be served according to the greater of the delivery times that appear in the order.

Free shipping on orders over €200 excluding VAT. For orders under €200, shipping costs €5.99 plus VAT.

Spain Canary Islands

Shipping (Canary Islands Express) via Correos Express with delivery in 5/6 working days €39.90 – By choosing this shipping method, you will receive your order in approximately 5 business days.

Orders to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT, which is deducted in the cart or order process when indicating the destination address in the Canary Islands. The client must pay, upon receipt of the order, the corresponding taxes and expenses according to the current tax regulations in the Canary Islands:

  • Customs clearance costs in Customs (DUA)
  • Corresponding tax taxes (IGIC or IPSI)
  • Insular Goods Entry Tax or AIEM, if applicable

Any other expense derived from the application of territorial taxes will be paid exclusively by the client.

In the event that the customer does not receive the merchandise and it is returned to our warehouse, the amount of the order will be paid to the customer, subtracting the cost of shipping and return, as well as the amount of customs management, or any other derived expense.

Portugal (Peninsula)

Express shipping in 24/48 working hours - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for the peninsula). Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be served on the same day they are placed except for:

Conditions for shipments with estimated dates

The shipping date for orders with estimated delivery dates is an estimate and may be subject to changes beyond kiboTEK's control. Once the purchase is made, the customer may cancel it at any time by sending an email to kibotek@kibotek.com indicating their order number. The reservation fee will be refunded within 48-72 hours.

Order status information

Throughout the purchase process, our team will keep you informed by email of the different status of your order. Once the order goes from processing to pending carrier pickup, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Orders in processing status made with finance companies such as Klarna or Sequra cannot be cancelled.

Delivery conditions

At the time of delivery, if the package shows signs of having been tampered with or opened with the kiboTEK seal broken, you must refuse delivery to the delivery person and contact our team at sat@kibotek.com so that we can tell you how to proceed. It is very important that you briefly check that the package has not been tampered with and that our seal is not broken, so that you can refuse the delivery and open a claim with the transport service. 

If you accept delivery of a package that shows signs of tampering, has been opened, and has our seal broken, you assume full responsibility for any incomplete or defective contents. In this case, you will not be able to make any claims against kiboTEK for any lack of conformity.

The customer must report any anomalies or physical defects in the received product within 24 hours of receipt. They must send an email to sat@kibotek.com with photos of the damaged product and outer packaging, including any damage that may have occurred during transport.

If you refuse delivery or do not collect the shipment, once it returns to the origin you have 30 calendar days to claim a refund of the total order amount minus the shipping costs incurred.
