I was having problems with my phone due to an error with incoming calls that were being misleading even when I was in contacts. After talking to the operator, Xiaomi's technical service by phone, customer service... resetting it to factory settings and following the steps they gave me to follow, I still had the error.
I went to the Xiaomi store in Vitoria, and Gema was very kind, professional, and extremely friendly. She solved my problem in 5 minutes! Excellent service and highly recommended. Also, a variety of Xiaomi products at very good prices!
