When buying on this website you can choose between the following types of shipping to receive your order:

Spain

Free Shipping Express mail in 24/48 working hours - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for peninsula). Free for orders over € 100 excluding taxes.

Orders placed before 18: 00h They will be served on the same day they are performed except for:
• Orders whose payment confirmation is after that time.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. These orders will be shipped the next business day according to the availability of the items they contain.
• Orders that include articles whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be served according to the greater of the delivery times that appear in the order.

The customer can also choose other transport companies if they prefer, with the corresponding cost.
For orders less than € 100 without taxes, the shipping cost is indicated in the cart and in the order process when updating the destination address, the customer being able to choose between different transport companies.

Especially bulky products (for example TVs) are sent under the same conditions of the modality of Express delivery but 24/72 hours and may be subject to higher shipping costs.
Also, special stock products with little turnover are available on request and Shipping 10 days.

Picked up at the store - You can come and collect your orders at our physical store at Alameda Urquijo 35 48010 Bilbao. You will have them available in about two hours after confirming and processing the payment of your order correctly. You will receive a notice when your order is available for collection in the store.

Balearic Islands

Express shipping in 24/48 working hours - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for the peninsula). Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will be served on the same day they are placed, except for:
• Orders whose payment confirmation is after that time.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday. These orders will be shipped the next business day according to the availability of the items they contain.
• Orders that include articles whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be served according to the greater of the delivery times that appear in the order.

Free shipping for orders over €200 excluding taxes. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is €5.99 plus VAT.

Spain Canary

Standard Parcel Post Delivery 10 business days - By choosing this shipping method, you will receive your order in between 8 and 10 business days.

Sea shipping in 10-12 business days - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in between 10 and 12 days.

The shipping cost is indicated in the cart and in the order process when updating the destination address, the customer being able to choose between different transport companies:

  • TNT: the boat leaves on Fridays
  • Correos Express: the boat leaves on Thursdays

Orders to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT, which is deducted in the cart or order process when indicating the destination address in the Canary Islands. The client must pay, upon receipt of the order, the corresponding taxes and expenses according to the current tax regulations in the Canary Islands:

  • Customs clearance costs in Customs (DUA)
  • Corresponding tax taxes (IGIC or IPSI)
  • Insular Goods Entry Tax or AIEM, if applicable

Any other expense derived from the application of territorial taxes will be paid exclusively by the client.

In the event that the client does not receive the merchandise and it is returned to our warehouse, the amount of the order will be paid to the client, subtracting the cost of shipping and return, as well as the amount of customs management, or any other derived expense.

Portugal (Peninsula)

The fastest shipping option is UPS 3 business days

Countries outside the European Union

Other shipping ways - When adding the item to the cart and inserting the shipping address will show different options of international transport companies with their respective cost. We ship to Mexico, Colombia, Brazil or Switzerland among other countries.

Orders outside the EU are exempt from VAT, which is deducted in the cart or order process by indicating the destination address in a country outside the EU. The customer must pay, upon receipt of the order, the corresponding taxes and expenses according to the current import tax regulations of their country (including customs expenses such as duties or taxes).

Any other expense derived from the application of territorial taxes will be paid exclusively by the client.

Mercancía devuelta a Origen

En el caso de que la mercancía sea devuelta a origen dentro de la peninsula por que la dirección proporcionada por el cliente sea errónea o bien por que no haya gestionado con el servicio de transporte una nueva entrega o punto de recogida, se procederá al reembolso del pedido restando los gastos de envío de ida y vuelta que ascienden a 12€ iva incluido. En el caso de que el cliente quiera un nuevo envío, este deberá hacerse cargo de los gastos de envío que ascienden a 12€ iva incluido.

En el caso de pedidos devueltos a origen fuera de la peninsula pero en territorio Español la cantidad a restar por los gastos de envío ascenderán a 19€ iva incluido.

En el caso de pedidos devueltos a origen fuera de España y dentro de la Uninón Europea la cantidad a restar por los gastos de envío será la misma del coste del envío pagado por el cliente para la ida y vuelta.
