I bought a Kibotek AYN Thor Max.

A few months after receiving it, which was quite late, the console started making a strange noise from the fan, which apparently is a common problem with this model. Customer service offered me the option of replacing the fan myself or sending it in for repair. I initially chose the first option, replacing the fan to avoid having to send the console in, but after replacing it, the problem persisted.

So I finally had to send the console in.

At that point, Kibotek started questioning my warranty, claiming they needed to verify that I hadn't damaged the console by replacing the fan, even though the problem was exactly the same and it was a solution they had offered me without mentioning the warranty. The process was a hassle. I had to pay for shipping, back up and erase all my data, and, contrary to their promise, they didn't confirm receipt of the product until I had to contact them again after waiting more than a week.

After the intervention and upon receiving the product:

I discovered that they had provided me with a tempered glass screen protector, which was very helpful, and the fan issue seemed to be resolved. They also replaced the thermal paste, as I had requested. All of this is excellent. However, the main problem is that upon unpacking the console, I immediately noticed visible scratches on the top casing, even though they weren't present before shipping. The console was shipped in its original packaging, properly protected. Furthermore, I am extremely careful with my equipment. I immediately informed Kibotek about this, sending them photos of the console before and after the return, but from that point on, communication became confusing, as if they didn't understand me. Also, after playing for a while, the fan noise reappeared intermittently when running at full speed, only to disappear again. I resigned myself to living with it.

Since then, customer service has offered to send me back the console for "examination and diagnosis" (which involves deleting my data again and paying shipping costs just to confirm that it is indeed scratched, as seen in the photos).

They offer no solution or guarantee regarding the aesthetic damage, which they refuse to acknowledge.

A simple replacement part (the top cover) would have solved the problem without the need for another return, but they refused.

Now I'll have to contact AYN directly to try and buy a new cover and repair the damage.

Therefore, I cannot recommend Kibotek and I don't plan to buy anything from them again, which is unfortunate because I've been a Xiaomi customer for almost 15 years and was interested in their products. However, customer service and technical support are very important to me, and unfortunately, I can't fully trust Kibotek.

I recently bought a AYN Thor Pro console from their website. Although it was completely beyond their control, the console took a little longer than usual to arrive, but nothing major. They were kind enough to keep me updated on the status of my order whenever I wanted.

The customer service was superb, not only for the speed and understanding when responding to emails, but they also included two small gifts with the delivery related to the purchase, which was greatly appreciated.

I'm absolutely delighted with the store; if I need to make any other electronic purchases in the future, I'll definitely consider doing it here.

I've recently bought several phones from this store, and while I don't usually write reviews, I'm taking the time to do so in this case because Fernando, the store manager, is a true professional who provides detailed advice, which, at least for me, is a significant advantage in the buying process. He's very professional and knowledgeable about his products. I highly recommend this store.

I bought the Anbernic RG557 through their website and the next day I already had it at my house.

The price was cheaper than on the official website (taking into account customs costs when coming from China or the USA) and they gave me a free case and screen protector.

Great experience, very grateful.

The technician who runs the shop was fantastic; he was quick and very professional. I thought my phone was broken—it wouldn't even turn on, it was just locked for some reason—but he explained the steps to follow, and the phone came back to life. It wasn't broken at all. He didn't charge me a thing. I'll leave it at that.

Everything was perfect, my order arrived the next day and in perfect condition, which is incredible since at the last minute I sent them an email asking if they could change the console model to a different color, and the response was immediate, thank you very much!
