Spain
Envío Gratuito Correos Express en 24/48h laborables - By choosing this shipping method you will receive your order in 24/48 hours (only valid for peninsula). Free for orders over € 100 excluding taxes.
Orders placed before 18: 00h They will be served on the same day they are performed except for:
• Orders whose payment confirmation is after that time.
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday. These orders will be shipped the next business day according to the availability of the items they contain.
• Orders that include articles whose availability implies a longer delivery time. In that case, they will be served according to the greater of the delivery times that appear in the order.
The client can also choose other transport companies if they prefer, with the corresponding cost.
For orders less than € 100 without taxes, the shipping cost is indicated in the cart and in the order process when updating the destination address, the customer being able to choose between different transport companies.

Envío gratuito para los pedidos con importe superior a 200€ sin impuestos. Para pedidos inferiores, el coste del envío es 5,99€ más IVA.
Spain Canary Islands
Envío (Canarias Express) a través de Correos Express con entrega en 5/6 días laborables 39,90€ – Eligiendo esta modalidad de envío recibirás tu pedido en 5 días laborables apróximadamente.
Orders to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT, which is deducted in the cart or order process when indicating the destination address in the Canary Islands. The client must pay, upon receipt of the order, the corresponding taxes and expenses according to the current tax regulations in the Canary Islands:
- Customs clearance costs in Customs (DUA)
- Corresponding tax taxes (IGIC or IPSI)
- Insular Goods Entry Tax or AIEM, if applicable
Any other expense derived from the application of territorial taxes will be paid exclusively by the client.
In the event that the customer does not receive the merchandise and it is returned to our warehouse, the amount of the order will be paid to the customer, subtracting the cost of shipping and return, as well as the amount of customs management, or any other derived expense.
Portugal (Peninsula)

Condiciones para envíos con fechas estimadas
La fecha de envío para los pedidos con fechas estimadas de entrega es orientativa y puede ser susceptible a cambios ajenos a kiboTEK. Una vez realizada la compra el cliente podrá cancelarla en cualquier momento enviando un email a kibotek@kibotek.com indicando su número de pedido. El reembolso de la reserva se realizará en las siguientes 48/72h.
Información sobre el estado del pedido

Después de que el pedido pase de procesando a pendiente de recogida de transportista no podrá ser modificado ni cancelado. Los pedidos en estado procesando realizados con financieras como Klarna o Sequra no podrán se cancelar.
Condiciones en la entrega
En el momento de la entrega, si el paquete tiene síntomas de haber sido manipulado o abierto con el precinto de kiboTEK roto debe rechazar la entrega al repartidor y ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo en sat@kibotek.com para que le indiquemos como proceder. Es muy importante que revise brevemente que el paquete no haya sido manipulado y nuestro precinto no este roto, para rechazar la entrega y que podamos abrir la reclamación con el servicio de transporte.
Si usted acepta la entrega del paquete con síntomas de haber sido manipulado, abierto y con nuestro precinto roto, queda bajo únicamente su responsabilidad que el contenido del paquete este incompleto totalmente, parcialmente o defectuoso. En este caso no podrá reclamar a kiboTEK cualquier falta de conformidad.
El cliente deberá informar sobre cualquier anomalía o defecto físico del producto recibido en un plazo máximo de 24h desde la recepción del mismo. Deberá enviar un email a sat@kibotek.com con fotos del producto dañado y caja exterior que se hayan podido producir durante el transporte.
En caso de rechazar la entrega o no recoger el envío, una vez que el mismo vuelve a origen dispone de 30 días naturales para reclamar la devolución del total del pedido restando los gastos de envío de ida y de vuelta generados.
