Comenzamos nuestra andadura vendiendo smartphones en Bilbao de la marca que se ha vuelto una referencia del mercado Xiaomi .  Los primeros smartphones que vendimos fueron el Xiaomi Redmi note 1, Redmi 2, Xiaomi Mi 3 o la conocida Mi Band. Desde entonces ya han pasado muchas gamas y productos de la marca Xiaomi, que han hecho que tengamos una experiencia contrastada con la marca.

I was having problems with my mobile phone due to an error in incoming calls that were appearing as unknown even though they were in my contacts. After speaking with the operator, Xiaomi's technical support by phone, customer service... and performing a factory reset and following the steps they gave me, the error persisted.
I went to the Xiaomi store in Vitoria and Gema was very kind, professional, and friendly. She solved my problem in 5 minutes! Excellent service and highly recommended. They also have a wide variety of Xiaomi products at great prices!
