And the new rival to beat is… The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra!

The new flagship phone from Chinese company Xiaomi is now official, and it's one of the best we've ever seen from Kibotek. Among the most striking features of this new Xiaomi flagship are its ceramic body in white or black, a secondary mini screen, and a 120x zoom that will delight even the most demanding users.

This screen has the perfect panel, the same one we've seen in the Pro model.

This Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra features the same panel as the Mi 11 Pro: a 6.81-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution. It boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, is fully compatible with HDR10 Plus, and has an incredible brightness level of up to 1550 nits. Manufactured by Samsung, it's one of the best panels the Korean company has ever created. For protection, it features the best layer currently available: Corning Gorilla Glass 7 Victus.

A screen that will definitely impress you with its fluidity, brightness, and image quality. What surprises everyone about this device is the small 1.1-inch AMOLED secondary panel located to the right of the rear camera. This secondary screen has a resolution of 126 x 294 pixels and a brightness of 450 nits, and it can display a wealth of information, such as the time or mirror the main screen to use the rear camera for selfies. It could even be used to receive notifications or activate power-saving mode.

The processor of the moment. Snapdragon 888 to take the reins of the beast.

And as we might expect, the Snapdragon 888, which as we know is the most important high-end processor at the moment, is the one that will tame the beast. It's manufactured using a 5-nanometer process and features eight Kryo 680 cores with a maximum speed of 2.84 GHz, along with an Adreno 660 GPU, making it unbeatable in terms of power and performance. This global version will have a single configuration: 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Needless to say, it's compatible with both SA and NSA 5G networks.

This processor is accompanied by a new cooling system that promises to improve performance by dissipating heat more efficiently. It also features Wi-Fi 6E, 5G connectivity, NFC, and runs Android 11 with MIUI 12.

A triple camera that looks like it came from another world…

If there's one thing that stands out about the Mi 11 Ultra, it's the spectacular camera it offers. It's significantly better than its sibling, the Pro model. While it retains the triple-lens camera setup, the Mi 11 Ultra boasts a major improvement in its secondary sensors. The main sensor is a 50-megapixel Samsung Isocell GN2 with OIS. Accompanying this main sensor is a 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 ultra-wide-angle lens with a 128-degree field of view, equivalent to a 12mm lens. These two sensors are joined by another 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 telephoto sensor with 5x optical zoom, 10x hybrid zoom, and up to 120x digital zoom—a zoom level far exceeding the 50x of the Pro model. Optical image stabilization is also included, which is crucial for video recording. It supports 8K resolution recording, HDR10+, and super slow-motion video at up to 1920 frames per second.

The front camera is 20MP with a Samsung sensor and f/2.3 aperture

Xiaomi has taken a step forward in the photography field, and this may be due to the fact that last year they had 1000 engineers and this year they have more than 2000 people working in this sector, with more than 100 people dedicated solely to improving processing.

A battery that lives up to the specifications

This time, the Chinese brand's flagship phone features a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging and wireless charging of the same speed. It takes a total of 36 minutes to fully charge the 100%. This is a positive point for Xiaomi, as they have improved their fast charging capabilities in this way.

Connectivity to the 100%

At kiboTEK, we believe this MI 11 Ultra has absolutely everything you could possibly need, including Wi-Fi 6, 5G connectivity, NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, IR… and everything else you need to make sure you have everything you need for your daily life.
